Forget P90x...I bought a treadmill.

I bought a treadmil instead of getting p90x.  I am still doing well with my weight loss goals.  Today I weighed 155.6 pounds.  My goal is to use my treadmill at least 4 times a week.  I was excited this week because one of my parents came up to me and asked me what my secret.  I didn't know what she was talking about until she said, "girl you've lost some weight."  It was nice to get some confirmation that my body is changing.  I am on track to achieving my goal.

Hip Hop Abs

I am going to weigh-in tomorrow.  I don't think I will do well because I had pizza tonight.  I over did it by having that 3rd slice.  I didn't get in as much water as I wanted to today; however, tomorrow is another day to redeem myself.  I did the Hip Hop Abs video again tonight.  I really like this video.  Last week I tried Core Rhythms; however, I could tell that it really didn't get my heart rate going the way this video did.  When I looked online a couple of websites said that I burned approximately 490 calories doing that video.  I hope they are right, especially since I had that extra slice of pizza.  I got a little extra motivation tonight when my boyfriend stated that he could tell that I am starting to lose inches.  I feel a little tighter in my abdominal area; however, I cannot tell yet whether I am losing inches yet.  That reminds me I need to start tracking my body measurements.

Weigh-In Time

Soon I will be starting a new weight loss regiment...I mean fitness regiment.  Late last year I ballooned up to 167 pounds.  That is the highest weight I have ever been in my life.  As of today I weigh 157 pounds.  I have lost 10 pounds so far by not eating out as much anymore and cooking at home more often.  I also watch my portion sizes.  I no longer drink soda just real fruit juice (in moderation), tea (no sugar), and water.  I want to lose 20 more pounds.  I believe the next 20 pounds will be hard to drop.  I am waiting on my P90X videos to arrive in the mail this week so that I can jump start my fitness regiment.  The next time my boyfriend comes in town I am going to take a picture to start my photo diary of my progress.
